Since I bought this laptop at a great price I was able to replace the hard drive with a solid state drive and I really like this laptop over the old one I am replacing.

Windows 10 has too much control. I just need to read e-mail I really like being able to touch screen to enlarge print I like the screen size Price could have been lower

I like the finish and the overall design. Also like the touch screen Keyboard characters could be larger and bolder for us old folks, but the backlighting is a big help

Great product. Just the right size for my projects and to play a few games on. I like everything about it especially the lighter keyboard which is a lot easier to see.

I spoke to the HP rep on site and was sold right away. This computer has all the buzzers and bells for anything you want to do, from gaming to high power business needs.

Don't care for the clickpad, not as difficult to use as some models, but since it will be used most often at a desk I'm using a wireless mouse. Like the facial log-in feature, backlit keyboard and touch screen.

Wonderful and knowledgeable people at the Tinley Park store . They walked me through most of the things I needed to know about my new laptop. I am very pleased with it.

It does everything I need it to do. It is by far the best laptop I have owned, and for the price. If there is one thing that I don't like, it is the windows 10 and how long it takes to add new accounts.

I love my computer even though it is not as lightweight as I would desire it to be. It has all the features / utilities that I need for my work and game playing.

This laptop does everything we wanted, plus much more. We went with last year's model that did not have the Microsoft ink, which kept the price more affordable.

Since 1999 I have had 3 computers all HP never disappointed with durability and performance. This new computer is fast, stylish and reliable. I am very happy.

I received this laptop from my husband for Christmas. I use it every day since I am a teacher. HP has always been my brand for laptops. My only complaint is that it is rather heavy compared to the previous 15" HP that I owned. (now my husband's) I am able to Skype with my grandchildren in Alaska and the camera seems to be much better than the older laptop. Didn't really "need" a new computer quite yet, but I have a great husband who knew this would help me out tremendously. Still trying out the new things I can do with this computer. (Not many bags available for this size, but still looking.)

Everything about this laptop is amazing. The picture is clear, and watching movies on it is great. I use it for my small business as well, and it works perfectly.

I use a lot of Graphic software and this Computer flies. A bonus is using all the bells and whistles that came with it. The best laptop I have ever owned.

after being help by a staff member and providing her with my needs and requirements this was the laptop recommended. so far it meets all my needs and then some.

I have only had the laptop a few weeks but so far it is working well. I love the large screen. It's lighter and faster than my previous laptop. No issues setting it up or connecting to any of my devices.

It works as described. Enhanced graphics, Sometimes the microphone does not detect the voice if not the speaker is not positioned right in front of the laptop

I'm glad I bought this computer. I was in need of an upgrade and this was a big one. Having the touch screen is nice and my wife loves it for her homework.

I love the ease of the laptop and its programs. I really like the portability I've always had all in ones or desktops before but I'm liking this so much more.
