After going through all the computers with the sales clerk at Best Buy, I was certain that the HP would be the best Notebook/Computer for me.

seems easy to use

I am still having some problems with a couple of email accounts so will have to spend some quality time with geek squad on line to get that ironed out. Also, I find that I much prefer my old black keyboard with white lettering to this silver with black. Other than that, it is a very nice computer and does all that I need.
