I did quite a bit of research on the computer before I bought it. I am sooo glad I made this Purchase. It's sharp, fast, and perfect. Love the 17" screen, though my husband thinks I'm on it too much. Lol. Another great buy from Best Buy.

I am very pleased with my HP laptop computer. I had planned to purchase another brand, but it would not have been available for 2 weeks and this one was available immediately. It has turned out that purchasing this one was the best decision.

I love this new laptop. Shopped around before I made my decision. Was looking for a cheap model but stumbled across the HP Envy. Priced more than I wanted to pay but I do not regret the purchase. Set up was easy and no problems at all.

Since we have nice smartphones, I confess I don't turn on my laptop very often. My backup provider ( Carbonite) is always sending reminders that my computer backup is out-of-date! When I need to use the computer (word processing mostly) it works okay.

In my opinion the best laptop you can get at Best Buy for this price. It's big, runs fast, looks good, and is lightweight. Although not just for gaming or office use, it is great for either purpose. The touch screen is very handy also

Works wonderful and does just what I wanted.. only thing I'm not real fond of is the side with the cd drive.. feels flexible in that side when u move around.. wish it was more sturdy like the other side. Really wish pc's had internal cd drives like a mac and weren't soo floppy overall..

I purchased this laptop for my aunt who wanted something good to use for school. The laptop had everything she needed. A fast processor, large hard drive and plenty of RAM. It also has a webcam that she loves. I'd recommend this.

I love the look The Style and the ease of use of this laptop. The biggest downfall is the battery. Hour-and-a-half the computer is dead. All other functions of this laptop are excellent. HP just needs to fix the battery issue

This one is far better than any of the ones I have had in the past. Its faster has more options and the battery seems to last forever!! It a great piece of work and I would buy again tomorrow if I needed another, but this one I feel will be working just fine for a very long time!!

I bought this to replace my desktop. I was looking for a touchscreen with an I7 processor. This laptop exceeded my expectations. Picture quality is great. Touchscreen works great and the processor runs fast. Overall a Great buy.

I've owned HP previously and was essentially a satisfied customer. I like this one too! Quick start up, no problem adding my old programs (even runs a few that didn't run in Windows 8) sharp graphics, quiet, love the keyboard.

Got this for my wife. She is a graphics artist and will use it for web site creation/maintenance. The product meets all of the requirements for her Adobe software and thus far has worked for her flawlessly. Checks all the boxes and is well constructed with a very good display.

I really like the HP Envoy X360 laptop. I upgraded from a PC I built. It was running Windows XP. Still running, but to old for the internet. Great to get fast access again. It so great, I bought my daughter and son each one.

This is my second HP 17 in Laptop - had my first one for quite a few years & it just started to show its age so here I am with the ENVY - I am very happy with HP so I really had no intention of going to another brand -

I actual have three HP Envy computers and they work flawlessly. I purchased the last on for my mom and she has been very happy with it and has had no issuses. Very good laptop for the price and she loves the touch screen.

The build quality is amazing. I've always liked the build quality of Hewlett-Packard, I replaced a Lenovo with the same specks and build quality but it only lasted one year dew to a defect in the hinges. I'm not much of a gamer but I'm sure it will handle them successfully.

There are a few things that I wish the sales Rep and geek squad Rep would have told me like that the windows 10 program does not come with program for watching DVDs and I wanted it all complete with every thing installed, I bought a printer too and I had to install that.

I've owned several HP laptops over the past 10 years and i will say this one by far trumps them as well as my macbook. Its dual processor and resilting performance has definitely changed my computing experience!!

Very happy with this purchase. Was stuck at the last minute when my old laptop failed right before a big project. This unit came on sale at just the right time. Project was completed and unit worked like a champ!

I got this to replace a Dell that finally gave up the ghost. It works great, I am not the most thrilled with Windows 10 but I guess it has to come. This computer had all I wanted Power, Speed and good graphics.
