My son does steam games on it and has had very little issues with lag. Must be plugged in to get the best performance. I believe this is true with other laptops as well. Love the size.

nice laptop good features touch screen is great wi fi conection to my printer is nice can print from anywhere in the house, I woild like to add that I am bot very computer oriented and this laptop is easy to use

The first computer had to be replaced within 24 hours of purchase as it did not work correctly. The second computer works, but I'm not always sure why not better than it does. I have found that many of the problems I have found are the fault of Microsoft and not HP.

this is my first laptop and I'm getting used to it pretty quickly. It is very nice looking, great sound and video quality, and powerful enough to handle the programs that I need. It boots up very quickly.

Awesome ! Best computer I have had yet. I7 BEAUTIFUL picture. Looks good. Not bad speakers for a lap top. Mostly bought for pictures to edit and create. Learning as this is higher end than I've ever had.

I have had computer trouble lately so off to Best Buy I go with my list of must-haves. It took 1 employee, 5 minutes, a short decision making time and the ending was one happy customer. I got a great computer.

Battery discharges heavily even when computer is off. Geek Squad said it was because of the heavy use of graphics card. Went past two week return on same problem. HP support did adjustments remotely, worked a little but discharge still occurring. Unable to exchange. Now I have to loose three weeks of production by sending the computer to HP in Kentucky. Should have gone with Dell. I knew better. Dell will send someone to YOU during the warranty period. My pleas to HP service center fell on deaf ears. Next purchase will be a Dell. Moral of the story, SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I owned the 15" and it worked well for 4 years and the hard drive decided to die. So I bought the 17" and enlarge the font for easy viewing since I had eye surgeries.... It is working very well.

I am not use to this laptop yet and am only using it occasionally. I have a desk top that I use most of the time. As I become more comfortable with the lap top I am hoping to make it my main computer.

Laptop is a challenge. Need a book to read. Have not been able to find download instructions. Touch pad interfers with wireless mouse. Screen flashes extra large type - not wanted. Not as good as a PC.

I've bought two of these laptops. The first one I had to rerun 14 days in because it kept glitch going out. Weird stuff. The second one has worked great. Not sure what was wrong with the first. Best Buy took it back no questions asked. Thank you!

This is the right size for my use since I prefer a "larger" monitor and I really like the flexibility of touch screen or keyboard. I am not a gamer, so the speed and graphics are also just right.

Computer has a lot of features than my old dell xp. Wish they would provide more instructions in a booklet which would make things alot easier.....especially what alot of the icons mean. I do recommend getting the 1 year geek squad support program.

Love the large screen. How people function with 11 or 12 inch screens is beyond me. Absolutely love the computer, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the keyboard layout. The mouse pad under the keyboard is way to large. Functionality is a 10.

This laptop is the best I've ever owned it doesn't bother my eyes viewing it and has more then enough storage for all the pictures and apps I use. It has the best grafix display of any I've seen

I needed a new laptop that was very efficient to trade stocks online. This computer had everything I needed and does a super job. It was a little pricey but sure worth it for what I needed.

I wanted to get a laptop and went to Best Buy and I was able to order one online and had free shipping and even saved some money!! Great laptop compared to my older one that died on me...

This computer is great for people who are not trying to do a whole lot of anything it is good for playing games there's bugs in it and it can use some more fun or tuning it lacks certain programs that are needed for business and school work.
