We bought this computer to last through the next 4 to 5 years of grad school after doing a lot of research. So far very happy with it.

One problem is that the battery charger get hot and very hard to get battery out.My last hp was very easy to take battery out.Left charger in over night and it drained the battery

This laptop provided everything I needed for home and business use. It has an awesome display and plenty of power for all my needs

I had no problem setting up the computer with WiFi, transferring over data and connecting a wireless keyboard, mouse and printer.

While I like the computer, I have spent nearly 25 hours on seven occasions with the Geek Squad, or waiting for various downloads, to get it right. And I'm still not sure...

Works as expected so far. The texture of the computer makes me handle it very carefully. I'm afraid I will scratch it . Not like my last HP computer. So far, no problems.

Looked at a lot of reviews and I went for the Envy 17" and I'm glad I did. It is a really nice lap top. Love the touch screen.

Computer works well for my everyday use and business. Computer is a bit heavier but has much bigger screen which is nice to have.

I deployed just after this purchase, so support is not available to assist in getting small issues resolved. I needed some assistance in figuring out quirks in the programming

Purchased this computer when my old HP laptop crashed. LOVE this computer! Display is clear and sharp and is working wonderfully!

I brought it for my wife and she loves it replaced for a old model we had which was slower and cost to much to upgrade and repairs.

I really like HP products. After we got the laptop home we realized it may have been a refurbished laptop. We returned the laptop to the Best Buy store with no hassle.

I bought this as an open in box and I have never had a problem with it. It was a good deal and works great.

I didn't even know computers could be so lightning fast. It is sleek and modern and has a backlit keyboard that helps me a lot.

My prior experience with HP laptops has been excellent. I have had other brands and overall my experience with HP is better.
