Love the laptop but the battery life is horrible. Charges to 100%, shut it down and turn back on 24hrs. later and it's at 43%. Would not purchase again.

This is my second HP laptop in a row that has had to be sent to HP Service center to repair audio. I have owned this item for less that a month and now the audio is crackling and going in and out. The last computer was finally replaced with this item as it had gone to repair 3 times and had a mother board, hard drive and then the earphone plug in was to be replaced.

Laptop is ok, letters on silver keyboard are hard to see, even with the back lighting. Will get a laptop with black keys next time.

Sales man told me, I would get webroot for 6mo.for 3 computer, but all I got was. Mcafee,i don't like. The Computer is fine, but you can't believe anything they tell you! Robert

No Right-Click option on this laptop. If you use a separate mouse then this option is fine for you but you cannot do simple functions on this computer due to the mouse features.

I unfortunately had a defective product. Video card did not work and the battery would not hold a charge for more than 1 hour. Very Disappointed.

So far it meets all the advertisements. I did look around before shopping for the item. I would and did advise others to try Best Buy first.

I should have bought an Apple. I hate Windows 10. Computer is nice, but generally useless to me. Too bad I can't take it back and exchange it.

Touch screen is good but don't like the touchy buttons. They take you to places you don't want to go.

For the cost, the screen quality isn't impressive; the 16GB of memory feels like 4GB; and the audio crackles. Was hoping for much more.

Laptop not the best in the world for home office work. A little slower than I would prefer, but overall a good computer.

Bought it and installed the updates, ran nice and quiet for most uses. heats up a bit during light gaming but works fine. Optical drive felt a bit cheap tho most laptops don't have em anymore.After 2 days i noticed a rattling noise while moving it. sounded like a loose screw rolling around. returned it.

I have had to have Geek squad to repair my computer already since it was shutting down some of my programs

I FIND THE KEYBOARD HARD TO SEE AND I CAN'T TYPE. NEED TO SEE IO TO GET ALONG, ITWORKS GREAT THOUGH!

It has a very weak battery and it is complicated that's all

The battery quit right out of the box, sent it back (could not just send me a battery) And when I received the Laptop back, it had a large deep scratch on the back. Very Disappointed in this Laptop!

Too big and not practical to carry. Model that is old and does not have toouch screem

This laptop was my first choice due to its large screen. I bought one and then the screen shut down randomly. I returned it and bought another and it didnt have some hardware installed. I bought another one and it had even more problems. I decided to get a 15 inch Envy which has not given me any problems so far.

The mouse has something wrong with it and it’s going to have to be fixed soon. The touch screen constantly has issues where multiple areas have cursors show up and I have to restart multiple times just to temporarily fix the issue. It’s a piece of junk.
