I am very satisfied with all the features the laptop offers. It was very easy to setup and offers tutorials. The assistant Cortana is a delight. I am really enjoying my laptop.

Purchased a few weeks ago and worked great at first. Ran an update for the Bios and now the facial recognition feature no longer works. Not sure why. Love the screen size and clarity and it’s fast.

Has all the bells and whistles, plus some to meet.

Although I haven"t tried all the bells and whistles of this computer I am satisfied with what I have. worked with. The graphics are sharp, the speed is good,

a great laptop that meets my every expectation. Easy setup and great I7 speed and processing of multiple sites and functions

I needed to replace my business computer and looked at the current options. This was the only one that fit my requirements. Now I just have to get used to Windows 10.

I love this laptop so far aside from it being quite heavy it's really fast and can even play older games maxed out because of the mx150 gpu so far I've had no issues

Love the screen size. The laptop is heavier, but not too heavy to carry in laptop backpack. It allows me to have a portable office and that is a wonderful advantage.

Like the touch screen feature and the back light of keys. Can enlarge the picture on screen but then can not use the scroll on side to go up and down. Need to use touch screen to do this.

I had Geek Squad set it up and restore a backup from my previous computer and took it home. But a day later there was a problem with it that online support could not fix. So I took it back to Geek Squad. They have had it a total of 7 business days (including the initial restore) and I was advised today they could not figure the problem out and the only choice was to back up, reconfigure, and restore which will be ANOTHER three days minimum (and ANOTHER $80 bucks). I am not sure whether the computer is the problem or whether the tech is the problem. But I think the issue should have been found and resolved in the first 3 day period from brand new. So I don't know.

I purchased this laptop to replace a desktop. I like the larger screen and the full keyboard. The screen details are very clear. Very happy with this purchase

I'm so glad I've bought the HP - ENVY 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce MX150 - 1TB Hard Drive - Natural Silver. I love my new computer, it's lightweight, the picture quality is great even though the speaker is low for some videos but I can always use a speaker to turn up the volume plus the design is beautiful. I love it. Thank you very much.

I liked the big screen and the look of the computer. But because it has a big screen it is also heavy. I had to return the computer and exchange it for a new one. I spent a week getting on the phone and connecting remotely with a tech from Microsoft every day for a couple of hours. The windows version installed seemed to have a problem with iCloud, and the computer was very slow and the disk performance screem always said it was at 100% even when all the applications were closed. Reinstalling Windows solved the issue with iCloud but the disk performance still said 100% with all apps closed. The second computer had the same issue with iCloud and now I’m still having Microsoft software issues after the software was installed successfully. I will be spending more time with Microsoft tech.

It was time for a new laptop to replace my old Envy and this was a perfect replacement. So far so good. Nice big screen and very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this computer for myself to Play the Sims 4, the graphics are pretty great and I never have technical issues while playing for extended amounts of time. Stays cool also.

I can display a downloaded finance statement and my finance program on the 17 inch screen to easily do a reconciliation. All of my programs have been running quickly and smoothly.

Laptop is perfect in size. It has a big keyboard which makes it fairly easy to type. The processor is fast and screen is clear and has beautiful color.

This product fits the need. Large 17: screen and good performance are the features of this machine. Weight and overall size limit mobility but for my needs this is a great buy...

I love this laptop, but only use it about once a week. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery died in less than 2 years.

Nice screen. Nice keyboard. A little slow in opening. I have a problem that there is no lighted number keypad notification. Why would it not be on all the time?
