Great for a consultant

After they helped me I ended up spending nearly $3000 instead of $1000...lol But they were great. Art and the Geek squad team must have called me back and forth at least 15 or 16 times in order to make sure that they kept me informed regarding each and every step. I really appreciate their effort.

Good Laptop for the most part

I love the keyboard light up feature, gaming mode, and touchscreen. I have had a few issues with the touchscreen not working. It will be just fine and then stop. The only way I know to fix the issue is by restarting the computer. The keys are smooth and quiet. I would recommend this laptop to the student, business person, and the light gamer.

What a find

Took it to geek squad and after several hours working yo get it back up. I discovered the motherboard needed to be changed. I have been wanting a I7 processor for a long time and found this one as an Open Box special. Got a great deal and sm very happy with it. I highly recommend this laptop!
