Excellent computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After an exhaustive review of laptops, I decided to buy the HP-Envy 17.3 inch screen because of its reputation and features. This laptop has enough usb plug ins and other inputs to accommodate all my perifrials I also appreciate that it has an ethernet port. Many higher priced brands have deleted this feature. The built in DVD player is a great plus. The HD screen really makes Videos pop.

Big, bright, and impressive

Zero problems with accessories or picking up wireless printers, etc., and it seems to stay cool better than my previous HP. Infrequently it lags -- can't tell if that's due to cloud app or multi task. Overall, pretty pleased.

Great Laptop!

I've owned mostly HP laptops and tended to have problems relatively quickly. But this one is quite powerful, capable of running everything I throw at it. I like that it still has a disc drive as most laptops are now forgoing these. I'm very satisfied and hope to keep this one for a long time!

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great lap top if you are not going to be moving it a lot but the gel I am thinking causes it to have spots on the screen that you have to turn the computer off and re boot. the jell causes spots o the screen ths makes the computer have to be rebooted and the Geek squad does mot know how to fix it can you help spots on the screen

Colors

My pictures look different, apps and other items just look "off color". I would still recommend this computer because the color issue may not bother other people and all the other features are great. I have always owned HP products.
