5 Stars - Beautiful and Masterful

They did a phenomenal job and the computer is a dream to work with. My one complaint would be the difficulty of getting a person to communicate with on the telephone. But Geek Squad did a thorough job and completed it before the time I expevted. Thanks!

Phenomenal Computer

I have yet to experience any issues with it lagging, crashing, or being unable to run hefty software. Great computer, great work.

Touch screen stopped working after 2 weeks

It wasn't as fast as I thought it would be but it was still amazing. The touch screen stopped working after two weeks. The speakers also made a popping noise when watching Facebook videos.

I hate the fact

They left it on all the time and didn't warn us, or offer a new battery.

I went to Best Buy, and with the help of a fabulous Geek Squad (Robyn Piles) - he. not only guided me what to buy - but found me a sales price (had to be patient, but it paid off. I’m a happy Best Buy customer with a great computer

Great laptop

They also did not listen to what I said was important as far as specs/features. I went with this based off reviews and looking at it in the store. Love it so far!
