Waited for this to go on sale and bought it while on vacation. Picked it up at the local Best Buy. Service was great. I didn't have my Best Buy Card, but the customer service technician was able to look it up. Set up was easy, it has done everything I needed to replace my aging 15.6 Toshiba.

I like the laptop but had trouble getting started. There needs to be better written directions and more info about how the computer works, iits features, how to use it, apps available, etc. The directions from Cortana were not real helpful and were misleading. Felt she was trying to sell apps and not helpful for computer startup.

Excellent and very fast. Love the touch screen feature.

I have been using my HP - ENVY 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop for over a month now, and I love it! I am a novice blogger and this computer has made navigating programs, creating files, and doing research very easy. I am very pleased with my purchase and have recommended this model to my peers.

Meets Needs - no problems Easy to use upgraded to pro

I am in process of starting my own business and needed a lap[top that I could sync up with my office PC. This fits the bill perfectly and I take it on the road with me frequently. Has all the horsepower I need for my business and the portability for my mobile lifestyle.

I needed a new windows based laptop for school. I am a student in the IT field and my Macbook Air didn't have the same capabilities I needed and I didn't want to partition my hard drive to put windows on a Mac. So I traded it in for this powerful beast! I love it!

This computer has everything I was looking for- solid, quality construction, nice feel to the keyboard, easy to use touchpad and functional touchscreen. The Bang & Olufsen speakers are an added bonus. I've only had it for a few months but so far I've had no problems.

I wish the associate who was helping had talked with me more about my primary use for the computer. When I went to work to have my IT person load work-specific programs on, he had problems and was on the help line for hours. He then told me that I should have bought the work version, not the home version.

Purchased the ENVY 17.3 Touchscreen to improve speed and screen size, along with added memory.Product is everything we could have hoped for and more. Took some adjusting to get used to the touchscreen but we are very happy with all aspects of this laptop

I purchased this HP computer as our first laptop. Still getting used to the feel compared to a desktop PC. Overall this has been a good choice for my wife and I. The full size keyboard has been a natural feel, instead of the condensed versions out there.

After owning several desk top model computers and only one other laptop model in nearly 30 years, my new HP Envy has got to be the very BEST one yet. The processing speed, the ease of use and the friendly design is more than any one could ask for.

So far this computer has done everything I wanted it to. It’s easy to use. It works better for me with an external mouse and keyboard, although it works well with the internal mouse and keyboard also. The touchscreen is easy to use also.

Several bad design elements. Power button is small and recessed. USB next to power cord, have to raise power cord to insert, Constantly reading that the disk is working at 100%. Makes no sense. Not performing as I hoped. Had it with Dell and trying someone new.

I bought this as a gaming laptop. Plenty of memory. Plenty of hard drive. Good graphics. I have not been let down. It is a great laptop, from gaming to working from home. Touchscreen. Great control layout. Glad I got it.

This is my 3rd HP 17" laptop, only complaint are the hinges, don't last as long. I have learned not to close it every time I use it. This one has a i7 core 8th gen processor, very fast, plus 16 GB of ram and 1 TB hard drive, love it!!

My last laptop physically broke (hinges, screen edges,etc.) so I needed a replacement ASAP. This HP Envoy is the best laptop I've had yet. Fast start up, fast downloads, good sound quality, etc. I could not be more satisfied.

Just yesterday bought this laptop from Best Buy, Kings Plaza. Severe problem with display. Colors of computer screen distorted. Performace wise also not that much satisfactory. I am disappointed with this purchase..

Great computer works perfect its smooth and touch screen works great . Screen quality is not the greatest. Runs programs smooth and is able to play ligth games at low resolutions
