I just got it so I can't say to much. I noticed it isn't the clearest or the fastest but I kind of expected that. I got it to just fool around on when I am on the couch and it is good for that

I wanted a laptop with a hard drive and this one has it. It has lots of memory and USB ports. Very good visuals. The sales folks were very helpful as was the Geek Squad.

Fast and easy to set up. I bought it for my father and he loves it. The touch screen is a great feature and it makes it so much easier for him to just touch the icon.

We've been extremely pleased with the performance of this machine. We use it mainly for photo editing and video creation and it seems to do those things very nicely.

Excellent Computer. I have purchased several of these for my employees. I always go back to them. We are over 10 purchases now and very happy with all of them.

We bought this laptop for an employee and after messing with it for a while I wish I had bought the HP for myself. I am going to purchase another one for my son!

I love this lap top. It is very user friendly. It is a little heavy but it is also a big lap top is why. I even bought my daughter one in the smaller size!

I was looking to upgrade my laptop after 5 years and wanted to make sure that I was able to get as many features as possible. This HP does not disappoint.

Great product and am learning all the new parts of Windows 10... the screen display and optional uses are terrific... goes well with my two Windows 7 laptops...

Very dissatisfied with Geek service. 3 visits, multiple phone calls, told of appointments 1 week out, turned away from walk-in service, & data transfer still not completed satisfactorily.

This machine is really fast after replacing the internal hard drive with a similar size solid state drive (SSD). I really wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m an Apple person but I use this laptop for work in our windows environment. One of the better HP laptops ive ever used.

Love the appearance, the ease and security signing on with recognition technology, and the Touchscreen. Overall great laptop for business or personal use.

Only complaint is the keyboard isn’t backlit and the color of the lettering makes it difficult to see unless working under bright lights

Works beautifully for playing my MMO video games. It's big and light. Only problem is finding a laptop bag this fits into. I am so happy I picked these up.

Like the computer but slow processing speed as compared to my Lenovo. But surprising easy to use versus other HP products and it feels of good quality.

This is my second envy. Decided to give it another shot after many reviews. My first envy motherboard shorted out after 18 mths. So far, it is very nice & living up to its billing.

Computer is great but the face recognition does not do so well all the time. Glad that I am able to input a passcode. Great computer

Works great. Didn’t think I’d care for the touchscreen on a laptop but glad I got it. Long battery life. Doesn’t take long to power up or down. Love it!

I hope this HP Laptop will last me longer then my last one (only 5 months) - but it is so light to touch - i have to get use to that but so far things are going on and i like it
