Delivery was spot on in the middle of our 4th Nor’easter

This laptop is functional, but lags a bit. The edges are sharp which tend to be bothersome after using for long periods of time. While I would recommend this laptop, I would advise any consumer to check out other products before purchasing this. *received as a gift

If you like 17” laptops then this the one for you!

Not the worse laptop I have owned but definitely in the top 3 of the worst list!! So disappointed and now, of course, 1 month and 20 days BEYOND my extra warranty that I purchased through best buy the friggn thing quits working!

Wish it had a quicker start up...but overall love it.

When purchasing this laptop, I told the sale agent that I mostly use my laptop for gaming and streaming Netflix and other shows and I need one with a great sound quality. The sound works well until you have to charge the laptop, once you plug in the charger the sound just about disappears. If there is any background noise you can’t even hear the sound. While charging the laptop you have to wear earplugs to hear the sound. I am very unhappy with this purchase! I took the laptop back to the store and spoke to a Geek Squad agent and he did not have any explanations as to why this is happening. I never had this issue with my Dell! I am also unhappy with this for another issue but I will not get into that now.

HP has always been a workhorse for home computing.

Love this laptop, very user-friendly and intuitive.

I have the same printer installed in this computer. But for some reason the quality isn't there. The pictures are darker and more grainy looking. I make invitations for people, and still have to use my old computer.

my just previous laptop lasted 3 weeks b4 dying, so thought i was going to have the same situation all over again as even remote technical help failed so HAD 2 go 2 geek squad . so far so good...w/a prayer

For me being a former mac user for the last 10 years. I couldn't get use to windows 10. The laptop had a nice picture but was awkward to use and carry.

It overheats when I play my game on this laptop. I had to purchase a cooling pad for this laptop. Ive never had this until I got the HP envy laptop.

Should have spent more on TV. It works but we should have spent more time picking out a replacement TV. I guess the old one was still a nicer picture.

The hp computer stopped letting me log in. I contacted hp and they said that it was a software problem and not covered by warranty. I was very disappointed with that result since all the software was installed by HP. I took the computer to best buy and they told me that the system was corrupted, but they could fix it for $100. I told them that I didn't want to pay to get a new computer "fixed" and I would like to give it back. They took it back and gave me a refund. No offer was made to exchange it for another one.

I loved this laptop at first, but the touchpad stopped working after one year.

This is a good product but not really what I need. I could have used help evaluating what I need from the salesman.
