Great replacement for a Surface Pro

So far, it has exceeded my expectations. It is fast, has great screen resolution, and, as a travel laptop, is just the right size. It has more USB ports than the Surface Pro and the memory card slot is a big bonus.

Computers Take too Much to Maintain

I loved Chromebooks and they continued to malfunction without taking responsibility for it. Best Buy I really hold you responsible because you continue to sell the Chromebooks knowing the batteries are bad. Then YOU didn't take responsibility for the dysfunctional computers either. It is frustrating to spend money on items in your store and then no one takes responsibility. Do you stand behind the products or not?

Best laptop you can buy

My laptop was so old that it still had the cd drive on the side. It worked but some of the keys on the keybord didnt. And i didnt want to lose all our info if it died. This new one does everything it folds over like a tablet and the camera is clear all the options on it are awesome

Computer is light and the picture quality is great when we look the laptop to a hotel and allowed the kids to stream a movie. Very fast and versatile. We also got a great deal on this computer.
