It has all the basic features you need for a home computer. The only negative I've noticed would be that the fan is quite loud sometimes.

Fast, portable, amazing

Laptop is fast, light and has backlit keys - very portable. The core i7 chip makes startup almost instant. I’m regretting also buying the MacBook Air for more than double the price I paid for this.

Great Fast, Portable Notebook!

Has 12th gen I7, is extremely fast and has a very high quality screen. But the best thing was the $400 off this up-to-date machine. Great deal.

Really regretting this purchase.

The little doors on the usb ports are a really poor design. They are extremely difficult to use and mine broke and bent a pin inside. Then the machine would not power up and I had to send it in for warranty repair. They blame the broken pin in the USB port on me instead of the poor engineering, and said it would be over $600.00 to repair. The computer cost me $700.00. When you have something inserted in this port and move the computer a little, it disconnects and disrupts what you are working on. I have had 5-6 laptops in my time and have never broken a pin trying to insert a plug in. These doors ar awkward at best. I am still waiting to find out why it won't power up.
