The computer works well for what I need it to. It runs the Sims and can complete work as I need it to. IT has run smoothly so far for me and I have not had any difficulties. I do find the keys rather loud, but that's a minor thing.

Don't even think about it! Just purchase it! I love everything about my laptop. I researched laptops for a month before purchase. I needed somthing Just wish there was a number pad, but with a 13 inch, you can't have everything. I really do love it!

I love this laptop! It is compact, lightweight and yet has great power. I like the new USB ports that "fold up". This laptop has 2 USB ports and 2 USB-C ports plus and SD card slot.

Great value for the money with Best Buy's big sale. Haven't used it long. Still loading software. But, it's size, weight and specs are wonderful for my needs.

Enjot this laptop so much! Only downside I have found is that the sd card port breaks very easily, will still try to get that repaired. No other problems from this laptop!

Very fast, screen is a bit hard to see in bright light. The facial reignition is fast and accurate but fails to confirm in very low light; don't forget your PIN! The pad is very sensitive and makes for a lot of errors. Hopefully there is a setting to de-sensitize it. Screen is almost entirely side to side which is a good thing until you try to adjust its position and your hand changes the screen display. Overall, a nice laptop but I don't feel it is worth over $1000. I would have preferred last year's model with the OLED screen even with the older processor.

Laptop is usually on sale and it has really good specs in comparison to its competitors when taking into account price. Only downside is that it feels a little more cheap compared to an XPS 13 or macbook, but its the better value.

Build quality is superb, aluminum build very cold and premium feeling. CPU is not very powerful. Display gets so bright and beautiful. FaceID is really fast too. Tablet mode feels so sharp in hands. Not recommended if you are looking for solely tablet use.

The computer is a well built system with solid specs, but I ended up needing to reimage the Windows 11 operating system as the default windows 11 on the machine was glitching out. After doing that, the system has run smoothly ever since,

Overall it is a good laptop. Liked 16x10 screen ratio and comfortable keyboard. Gets a little bit warm but not loud. Weirdly it while it has Core i7 and 512Gb RAM it only comes with 8Gb RAM

Works as advertised and a good price. It completely folds over and acts as a tablet as well.
