Great laptop just does not have a webcam other than that perfect.

Hadn't purchased a new laptop in a while but this one is excellent compared to my last one which was a dell computer. So many upgrades and I love it.

It’s been 15 months now and still working like brand new

Computer worked wonderful at the beginning. Now we are almost two years from the date we purchased . The past couple months we have been having issues with it turning on and the fan running. Now it will not turn on at all.

This is a very nice computer. The only reason for not giving it a 5 star rating is because it doesn't have a backlit keyboard and the printed keypad impressions are very dull .

Love this computer. Facial recognition, touch screen, slim and great size.

Very versatile! Love the 360° screen that turns this into a tablet. The size of this one doesn’t make it too cumbersome to use as a tablet. The only negative I have is that it doesn’t come with a stylus and we had to contact HP to see which one was compatible. Also when it is in tablet mode and it goes to “sleep” there isn’t an easy way to “wake it up” that I have found.

Preforms well and has tons of features. It does have it's downfalls... when typing, it's difficult not to move things on the mouse pad and the battery doesn't last very long.

So far so good. I got this laptop as a present for myself. I had an ancient(2013ish) touchscreen HP 17" before this, and I had literally been using it for almost 7years. Since I'm now in college, I wanted something faster, and updated. I love that I can link it to my phone while I'm using it. That feature is new to me, and I really enjoy it. I used the camera a handful of times for zoom classes, and the picture was very nice. I love how the lighting adjusts accordingly on it's own. Converting to a 13.3 inch laptop has definitely made carrying it around breeze, but I do worry more about something happening to it. The touchscreen and 360 rotation make scrolling and reading books simple. It also allows me to relax as if I would with a tablet. I haven't completely set it up to fit my needs, but what I've gotten to so far I have no complaints about...BUT... At the moment I have 2 complaints. 1.) The volume. It just is not loud enough to me. 2.) It gets pretty warm.
