    So far so good. I got this laptop as a present for myself. I had an ancient(2013ish) touchscreen HP 17" before this, and I had literally been using it for almost 7years. Since I'm now in college, I wanted something faster, and updated. I love that I can link it to my phone while I'm using it. That feature is new to me, and I really enjoy it. I used the camera a handful of times for zoom classes, and the picture was very nice. I love how the lighting adjusts accordingly on it's own. Converting to a 13.3 inch laptop has definitely made carrying it around breeze, but I do worry more about something happening to it. The touchscreen and 360 rotation make scrolling and reading books simple. It also allows me to relax as if I would with a tablet. I haven't completely set it up to fit my needs, but what I've gotten to so far I have no complaints about...BUT... At the moment I have 2 complaints. 1.) The volume. It just is not loud enough to me. 2.) It gets pretty warm.

    I have been using this laptop for a week, I mostly use it to take notes using stylus, and for multimedia. I faced no issues so far and the battery backup and display are excellent. I have not yet used this for coding and performance heavy tasks, but from what I have seen, 12th Gen i7 might not keep up with heavy tasks as it's predecessor. I will update once I test it.
