This Hp laptop is perfect. The form factor. The performance. The value. Eveything is just perfect.

I purchased this computer with an HP one-year warranty and the BestBuy Tech plan. In month 9, the computer completely stopped. I took it to Best Buy to be repaired. They said it was not the battery and must be an internal issue, and I would need to send it to HP. I received 1 email from HP that it was received then silence. More than a month later, and spending an entire day trying to speak to HP (a Philippines call center) is telling me that they can't repair it. It is a motherboard issue; they only do "cheap" repairs. Initially, they offered me a $35 dollar coupon, then a $75 dollar coupon, and would send my broken computer back to me. This was not user damage. It has never been moved; it was sitting on my desk at home and stopped working. What kind of equipment is this? I'm still paying for this service, and should I continue paying for the computer, programming package, and both service warranties without a computer? I could have purchased a computer on Amazon for 1/3 of the price. Instead, I paid full retail plus insurance plus software with the assurance "I was covered" in case anything happened. It is also impossible to talk to someone who is not in a call center from another country. Who do I talk to? Best Buy should have some responsibility to repair or replace a computer that is apparently a lemon.

Bought this for school, and its awesome. Perfect size, durability, touch screen, etc. Im happy with this purchase and at an amazing price! Ty BB

I purchased this laptop Aug 20, 2022 and it was everything I could ask for. Great camera actual 1080hd, latest 12 gen i7, battery life like 16 hours, I could go on but on Sept 23, 2022 i opened it and received an error message, "your PC needs to be repaired, a required device is missing or cannot be accessed. I restarted and same thing. I then watched as the keyboard flashed twice and the computer turned off. Now there is no power. It does not respond apparently bricked itself. I tried contacting HP support but apparently they only work 9-5 Mon-Fri. So iI sit and wait having used the new laptop less than 50 hours and beyond return date. Could be a one off but this is new tech so who knows. I know iI am not happy

Excellent laptop, excellent screen, very good colors, the touch works fastand, its thunderbolt ports gives it that touch of wonder

The display is good and touch screen is perfect. Speed is bit slow while doing windows updates. Very good laptop for learning and everyday work

Great little laptop. Got it for my wife and she loves it. She does a lot of work from home on this computer and it has kept up well.

Excellent product! Does all it should do and more. Am so impressed, very handy, fits into my handbag and battery life lasts long.

Laptop is great! Works well and it was nice that Best buy had it in stock. Wish the price was a little better even though it was on sale.

Upgraded my wife’s laptop as hers was having issues. She is loving the processing speed and the portability. Small but mighty.

small compact light weight just what was needed without loosing any capabilities just use a wireless keyboard when i need 10 key

Not super powerful but runs daily applications OK. Probably not for gaming but screens and keyboard are all pretty good for work.

I've had this for two weeks and so far the performance is as promised. However, I only do documentary work and it's still frozen a couple of times so I'm docking a star.

I am very happy with this laptop. It's fast, gives loads of memory and it is just the right size to carry around.

I'm not crazy about the silver cover and I can't use it at night unless I have a light on because I can't see the keys very good. I wish I had got the other one. For an hp it is not bad.

Bought for a high school senior who is suing dual enrollment. She loves it.
