great while it lasted

Great camera actual 1080hd, latest 12 gen i7, battery life like 16 hours, I could go on but on Sept 23, 2022 i opened it and received an error message, "your PC needs to be repaired, a required device is missing or cannot be accessed. I restarted and same thing. I then watched as the keyboard flashed twice and the computer turned off. Now there is no power. It does not respond apparently bricked itself. I tried contacting HP support but apparently they only work 9-5 Mon-Fri. So iI sit and wait having used the new laptop less than 50 hours and beyond return date. Could be a one off but this is new tech so who knows. I know iI am not happy

Don't like the silver covering

I wish I had got the other one. For an hp it is not bad.
