Repair not done even when under warranty

Called HP customer service and shipped laptop for repair. Received an email from service center saying its not covered you have to pay $612, called the number provided in the email not connected as there is no agent id provided in the email. Called customer service again they said mother board got damaged due to overcharge of laptop. I said its normal practice we keep charging and work on it motherboard shouldn't be damaged with this overcharging after laptop is completely charged. HP customer service said only option you have to pay 612 for repair or take laptop back which is rude.

Best Bang for your Buck!

Most people don't realize the aspect ratio on this 13.3" screen is actually 16:10 vs the typical 16:9 and is on par with macbook air which means it has more vertical viewable pixels than horizontal making it great for work.
