I never get credit on my app for any of my purchases at Best Buy

I got this laptop about one month back at a discounted price of 649 dollars. So far so good. Good bright screen, fast charging via thunderbolt 4, good battery life of about 10 hours browsing and light usage, backlit keyboard and has very good build quality.

So disappointed that Best Buy would even sell this computer. It was $700 and we have had it for a year and a half. The screen separated from the housing. We brought it to a repair shop and they wanted to charge us $250 to repair it. Then they told us that it was not worth repairing because they have repaired this computer many times and the problem will just keep reoccurring. Piece of junk.

Was looking for a small laptop that was also a 2-in-1. Also has enough USB ports for needs. Speed seems to lock up sometimes but perhaps its a Windows 11 issue. Won't know until more long term usage as I've only had it for two weeks

I purchased this laptop for basic functions and so far it is meeting my expectations. Only drawback in my opinion is the keyboard. The keys are not smooth. But not other complaints so far and the price was great.

Fast and great battery life. I purchased for my daughter in college. She loves it fast light and a nice sturdy case. A great choice for students the I7 can handle a lot. Not a gaming laptop but great for most people.

This has the look and feel of a device for twice the price. I couldn't be happier.

For the price point (discounted during Thanksgiving teasers) not a bad computer. I have used HP Spectre Laptops for the past 7 years, this is the first Envy.

This computer is great. Powerful and mobile. Was a little worried about 8gb of memory but there is plenty of processing power.

We purchased this computer for a college student. It is compact, and it does what we need it to do for several classes and student’s hobbies.

Beware! I have started facing problem with the video call and video playing after a month of buying it. The screen will freeze during every video call. When playing a video, the screen goes dark for a minute and comes back again. Now I cannot even claim the warranty. HP won't help me because they say they cannot find any record of me buying it. Did I just get a grey market product? So much for getting the sale price. Be sure to check anything and everything before you buy this.

Can run all programs very smoothly and operates very nicely.

This is the 4th purchase in 2022 of this computer for my company. Very satisfied with the operation and cost of this computer
