Worst computer ever

Hinges separate from display.

I called HP about the repair and they said they receive several calls with this issue a month. The cost of repair is almost the cost of a new computer.

It has not been operational since I purchased this computer. I requested a factory reset and have the update of Windows 11 to update my system with the Microsoft defender and my request was denied. I think my needs condone the need of a high-speed silicone chip. The Intel i7 may not be sufficient.

Worst product I have ever purchased

I can guarantee that this is a fake product. Exactly after 20 days the laptop keep on restarting and the screen is totally struck. I have never expected this from best buy. This 15 days return policy is disgusting. Now I am unable to return the laptop. Totally waste of money.
