Perfect size, stays cool, bright, crisp screen, sound could use some improvement (noy very loud...-1 star), keyboard well placed in relation to touchpad, USB a bit tight but seem to work okay, been using for 2 months regularly and other than sound, it's worth every penny paid.

Would have been a great laptop but the fan constantly keeps turning on. It usually a low hum but in a quiet room you can definitely hear it. If that doesn’t bother you then the laptop is really great.

I love this laptop. I wish it had additional ports, but I never really use them. The display is amazing, and the keyboard is very lovely when you get used to it. Oh, and yes, the battery life is pretty great.

While I purchased it is a gift so have not even turned it on yet. This Pale Gold color indicates it is a HP - Envy laptop, Purchased for my grandson for school. I wish there was a black color option however I have been pleased with HP laptops.

So far so good. we had Dell for a while now, and purchased a Dell again that turned out to be a bust with lots of issues with graphics screen, performance speed, ended up returning it for this HP Laptop. Has worked as advertised so far!

I like that one can make the digits on the keys brighter or darker as needed. However, when typing, the cursor tends to skip back every once in awhile and start typing in the middle of something else. Then one has to find it and fix it.

Keys are nice and mate to the touch. The backlit keyboard is nice and the graphics are amazing. Runs fast but the fan(s) do sometimes run really loud and quickly at points when doing a lot on the laptop.

I love this computer! The size fits perfect as it is not too small but the right size as I’m heading back to school. The speed is great and I love flipping it into a tablet with ease. Definitely a good buy.

My daughter loves my HP Spectre and wanted one similar to it but not as expensive. She needed a laptop for college, and this HP went on sale. Features are awesome and it’s the perfect screen size.

Perfect lap top for my purposes. Small, but powerful. The voice instructions for set up were excellent; very user friendly. I have only had it for two days and cannot comment on battery life yet.

Very fast laptop never has lagged. Startups are very quick and multitasking is a breeze. Only Con about this laptop is the track pad is terrible. It is not as smooth as a Macbook and it occasionally acts up .

The laptop was a gift for a new college student. The laptop is quick and provides all that he would need. The laptop was available in store and the sales person was very knowledgeable.

This is excellent for a portable workstation if you need 2 in 1 since the battery life is fantastic, and the tablet mode can be very convenient if you need it. Great buy on sale.

bought as a gift for my 11yr old grddaughter and she loves it. She has a ipad but this stands up just like it. And but of course she loves her hp !!! More :)

The product is exactly how the customer service rep said it was going to be, as long as I continue to turn off and restart 3-4 days, it will keep the product moving smooth!

Too many steps to actually set it up, even after creating all the accounts. However, the laptop itself is great. It is easy to use. Cool usb port btw.

Bought this for my daughter. She’s going to college for graphic design. She loves the ease of use and size. Also the power this laptop has, is a great choice for her.

I am so pleased I purchased this laptop. So much faster and I love the color. Purchasing the extended warranty for technical support is definitely recommended.

Great package. Bright modern old screen. Solid state hard drive and good speed. Couple it with a usb c expander that includes ethernet and you have everything.

I have good experience with HP laptops. These laptop are very easy to setup. Though I face small issue with wrong warranty dates but resolved quickly with HP support.
