Poor Warranty Replacement Experience

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a replacement for my original Envy 2in1 13.3 that I brought in for repair and was a 'Junk Out". Since the model was discontinued the manager at the store actully put in some effort to find one for me. It was supposed to be another new one, my original was only a couple of months old, however when I received it it was an open box that they hadn't even cleared all the previous configuration on. It also had several month less remainng on warranty than my original. I gave it a shot but the battery life seemed to be considerably shorter, down to 40% after only using it for a couple of hours, given this and the reduced warranty I felt it better to return it. Problem is they only give store credit so will have to wait till Best Buy has a good sale.
