    Didn’t receive Product and I did contact Best Buy and they told me they will send the new item but didn’t send at all. Not sure anyone experiences same issue or not.

    Camera is not worhing after setting up facial recognition. Grek squad has no idea what to do. Awful laptop. Aftwr googling this is a known issue with this model.

    It's a Laptop. If you want a bigger SSD then you can replace the one you have. Or take it somewhere and get it swiped out for a bigger one. It is a laptop, it's just meant to be portable, convenient, lightweight. You get what you buy. Commonsense people.

    So I bought this for my son to do his homework from school and also browse the internet. Are the fans supposed to be this loud in windows 11? Just browsing the internet on chrome and boy this 2024 2 in 1 laptop has NOISY FANS! I can't work with such noise at work, even my son said it felt like after 30 minutes the bottom got very HOT on his lap. I am going to have to return this fan, maybe they did not use good thermal paste, but it is so thin the fans are all on the bottom and side too noisy!
