I have had this hp laptop now for a little over a year. It is a good laptop, being able to plan out my wedding, family events and functions, do work related projects and others on it. I did notice that it is starting to slow down a bit. I will need to clean it up and remove some files to an external hard drive to help free up some space. Others, it's a good sturdy laptop.

This laptop is very good for college. Am currently using it for my studies. Touch screen is a feature it also has but don't use it that much. Backlight keyboard is also a plus. If you need a good laptop 2 in 1 for college I can recommend this.

Great 2 in 1 laptop. We bought this for our son’s online classes, and he loves the touchscreen and ability to zoom so easily. It really helps with reading assignments. However, after about 1 month, the speaker only works intermittently. On Zoom, he can hear his teachers, but they can’t hear him.

Wonderful sleek laptop. Nice touchscreen until i dropped it. But get the protection plan. Well worth it. In repair immediately. Can't wait too get it back.

The laptop is exactly what I was looking for and needed. I returned a previous one to a different company that sold me an outdated laptop that was given more memory. I was not aware of this till the sales rep at Best Buy informed me. Also the very first expensive docking bay way was not needed either. The sales rep at Best Buy showed me the one I needed and it’s working great! He definitely saved me many headaches and cursing. He also saved me a lot of money. I did tip him for his advice and help he provided me. I recommend this guy and store to everyone!
