I would of given it a five but I miss having the numbers on the right side

I love this computer. I spent 30 minutes alone reviewing every computer in Best Buy before approaching a staff member. Believe it or not this computer outperforms more expensive and known computer brands. I first compared the memory, (16 GB), the total storage size, (512 GB), and graphics, (AMD Radeon). The price was incredible!

It’s a good computer. Doesn’t crash and can run multiple programs and desktops and it’s absolutely great for taking notes. I bought a compatible stylus pen and it writes like butter in the notes app. The things I don’t like about it is that the resolution isn’t that great. Meaning that outdoors you can barely see the screen(I like to study outside). Another downside is that the touchscreen makes reflections obstruct the screen since it’s not matte. Lastly, it smudges on the screen and the exterior really bad. It can be wiped away but it’s just an inconvenience. Also the sound is minimal. Max sound is not that loud and after a while my sound got staticy. Overall a great computer for basic needs but I got it on sale so I’d say only get it if it has a good sale, it gets things done.

Overall I am happy with the laptop. I was looking a 2-in-1 smaller device and this one was on sale. I picked it up and it works just as it should. I read online HP had problems int he past with the hinges on these type of laptops but it seems really sturdy and hopefully will last awhile.

This was a gift item for my grandson. He did a lot of research on this particular HP product. Everything about this computer was as described. Purchase was easy. Item pickup was simple. I've been with Best Buy for years. Haven't been disappointed yet. Thanks!

This is Exactly what I wanted. The Tech (I can't remember his name) was Amazing. He new Exactly what i wanted and needed. He answered every question I had and the visuals was everything! Go Buy!

So far this computer is reliable, and fast working. Easy to learn how to use

If I can say something was a disappointment, this computer would be it. I was sold a computer that malfunctioned on me within 5 months on having it. It was very disappointing not only because my device would blue screen me often but also because when going to best buy they were not as cooperative with my issue. Another major con to this computer is how hot it would get. I could be working on it for about 45 minutes and the bottom would become extremely hot to the point it was uncomfortable to have on my legs. It was eventually sent to the manufacturing company to then find out something was wrong with the motherboard. They went weeks without updating me on the issue or giving me a solution. I would expect that something worth so much would work properly but I was entirely wrong. I will never buy from here or HP again.

My daughter loves the backlit keyboard. The loves the ability to change to tablet mode. This computer serves all her needs as a college student!

Overall a good performance laptop for daily & student use.

I am very pleased with my computer. It is simple and efficient. I didn't need a lot of frills. My one concern is that the battery has not lasted as long as I had expected.
