Nice compact laptop that’s easy to use. Has an easy to use keyboard that lights up for ease of identification.

Tis computer is very fast and with a lighted keyboard is very easy to use day or night. It is light weight making it easy to take along with you.

I purchased this for my daughter as she was headed off to her first year of college. She's really ever only had Chromebooks aside using my Windows PCs in the past. She was able to adapt to the Windows platform pretty easily. She's still learning but overall I think HP laptops typically have the longevity and ease of use for any user. I personally have a larger, older version of this laptop and it's been amazing for my personal use. I was surprised, after explaining the different specs to consider, that she ultimately chose this one on her own since, knowing what she was wanting, this is what I would have chosen. Luckily, it was during back to school sales and we got this for a very decent price. I asked her how she's liking it so far, and no complaints yet but just getting used to it and some of the quirks that come with Windows.

This has been a great work and personal computer. One of the main features I needed was multiple USB ports and an HDMI port, which is not available on other computers. Overall, very satisfied.

Solid laptop, despite the screen to remove glare it is very hard to see if you were to bring it outside. Battery life is solid too. Only major quip I have is that there is only one USB C port.
