It has all the features i needed. I love the 2-in-1 laptop/tablet options for it’s convenience! Its slender enough to put in my large handbag if I don’t want to carry a briefcase/backpack! I love it! He is good student and wanted a laptop to take practice tests for SAT and other exams. Its a perfect size for him to carry in backpack. We actually are getting a second one for his sister.

Overall excellent, but cannot print

HP as a brand has always been solid, and this computer was no exception. The only difficulty I had was that I could not set up WiFi printing. My printer is an HP printer that advertises WiFi printing, and this computer (running Windows 11) supports WiFi printing. But although I could get the computer to find the printer, I could not get the drivers installed to facilitate WiFi printing. In a surprising occurrence, HP was unable to provide support, and even attempted to blame their printer, which was out of warranty, so they could charge me for support.
