    My entire shopper experience was great, I purched a new laptop and related anti virus protection and other apps. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and of great help. I wanted my home computer and phone all linked and updated at the same time so I scheduled a appointment online. Unfortunately the delivery of my laptop was delayed by a few days so I had to reschedule. All was done online with ease. My appointment went smoothly and all of my tech devices are working fine. Thanks Best Buy !

    This laptop has satisfied all my requirements. Setup was fairly easy and it operates flawlessly. Very fast startup even with facial recognition. Battery life is good as well.
