This is my personal laptop that I carry along side my work laptop everywhere I go! I love the battery life and how it folds up. It is a very capable machine with just almost everything I like. In fact, I am thinking about buying a second one to leave on the coffee table. There are a few improvements I would have liked but they aren't deal breakers: - The frame around the touch screen is a bit thin and I worry that it may crack during harsh handling in travels. I purchased the Geek Squad Laptop Protection and haven't had to use it yet. - The speakers are definitely not the loudest, but i use headphones. - It doesn't have a number pad on the side. - It would be awesome if it had a built in stylus.

I have been using the computer since August 2024 and it has treated me right, no issues or whatsoever. No lag very smooth, it has good battery life and its chargers fast. Doesn't overheat when i use it to play games, watch show or do work. The screen is very bright, the touch pad is smooth, the keyboard lights up, everything is good

This is a very good computer and the size is nice to carry to school. It also supports some games as Valorant and it worths the price. Can handle multi tasking (WhatsApp, 15 tabs of opera gx, one note and more).

This is the best hp laptop there is. I bought this on Labor Day sale and it is the best investment I’ve made so far on Best Buy. There is no other laptop with these specifications in this price range. It is ideal for students academic use or even for personal use. Really satisfied with this purchase and Best Buy’s deals.

I am blown away with the amount of things I can do. It’s very easy to use, almost every app has its own step by step tutorials, I run my business off my laptop, watch movies when my son steals the tv, & I can multitask , I love the split screen feature where I can watch my movies & do work at the same time without any lag or any issues.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations based on its specifications. It’s incredibly fast, has an excellent display, and performs flawlessly. I haven’t encountered any issues so far. It’s perfect for all kinds of work-related tasks. I highly recommend it!

Bought it looking for a laptop for classes. Turns out I got a great deal, this machine was $400! Installed Linux on it and it runs great. No complaints.

I am seriously impressed with this PC The AMD Ryzen processor is super fast and manages everything i need.In addition the AMD graphics ,games and movies looks and run fantastic. It is quite light and slim. I am luck to have this performance at an amazing price.

I am very pleased with my new laptop. It is exactly the right size for me. The AI copilot features are outstanding.

Ive not had any issues with this conputer. As long as i keep up to speed with updating the system it runs smooth as a daisy.

It's good and fast. I wish however that I get a stylus pen for it but it didn't mentioned but overall I got it in a good deal and for me it's worth it.

My experience was perfect, the lady who helped us was very nice and amazing, she was very patience and kind. I went back to make a return but at the entrance i was helped by Ray and by a Geek expert who recommended me to not make the return and just buy an adapter tha i needed. They were very kind to explain the reasons and I'm pretty sure that they save me more money.

Very good. Works well. Battery life is good. I use it for school and work. Could last an 8 hour shift. Best thing about it is its touch screen and the 360 hinge to fold it like a tablet. Theres an option for the light up keyboard, I find it very useful when i'm working in the dark at night. Personally I would've gotten the OLED display but the LED works too.

I love it, and use it like a desktop. I HDMI my laptop to another monitor using it this way 90% of the time and if need be i can unplug and take it with me. It's great.
