    Good laptop so far. It will take some time before I can say it is without issue as some laptops start to get weird after a few weeks, but so far so good. My daughter needed a laptop for school and the price to functionality ratio was solid on this model.

    Great laptop. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles just basic functioning. Emails, shopping research. Business research. I take some workshops and do Video calls on it and have no issues... Except it took a while to find the setting to make the camera stop zooming in and out.

    I'm loving it! Keyboard is very nice to use! It moves quickly through the internet. Sound volume could be better, but for the most part it is adequate.

    The computer itself is a fantastic machine. The problem I have is the battery was malfunctioning and it would die within an hour of being charged. It's being replaced under warranty but it shouldn't happen to a new computer.

    Salesman Conegar was extremely helpful in making my purchase. I would buy BestBuy products again with his expert assistance. My only problem is trying (failing) to turn on keyboard backlight. The "big Sun" and "Little Sun" have zero effect. What gives HP?

    I do not want to be unfair so I just went middle of the road. The husband bought me a new laptop but I truthfully have not had much time to use it. It seems to be good as expected but not over the top. I will update this once I have use it more if it is better than average or worse than average.

    It's light and portable with great battery life. I wish it had a fingerprint reader and a backlit keyboard. Otherwise, it's a great 2-in-1

    Everything seem to be fine, however two times so far when coming back from sleep the computers says that there is no info on password or face recognition and ask to set up like the first time, what I did is power it down, restart it and all is ok, no need to setup anything, hopefully does not cause any more problems in the future.
