Salesman Conegar was extremely helpful in making my purchase. I would buy BestBuy products again with his expert assistance. My only problem is trying (failing) to turn on keyboard backlight. The "big Sun" and "Little Sun" have zero effect. What gives HP?

Great laptop. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles just basic functioning. Emails, shopping research. Business research. I take some workshops and do Video calls on it and have no issues... Except it took a while to find the setting to make the camera stop zooming in and out.

I like the touchscreen, which is also very clear and high resolution.

The computer works amazing however it suddenly loses connection to Wi-Fi regardless of where you are , you have to power it off and wait for it to find any connection? I may have to return it

It's a smooth running laptop and I like all of the features that it comes with. I personally like the way the keyboard looks good with the silver color from the looks of it. As for using the laptop, I haven't had many issues at all, the only note that it is sometimes slow when connecting to Wi-Fi, to which I found the solution is just a quick restart.

Everything seem to be fine, however two times so far when coming back from sleep the computers says that there is no info on password or face recognition and ask to set up like the first time, what I did is power it down, restart it and all is ok, no need to setup anything, hopefully does not cause any more problems in the future.

I've been using it for my college classes, and it works wonders! I love that it's foldable, and you can literally take it anywhere since it's pretty light! I've had no problems with it so far; I've been using it for a few months now.

I initially bought this laptop to play games while traveling - it runs everything i play smoothly and its lightweight and very easy to travel with. I now also use it for photoshop and my embroidery software as well. All in all, Id recommend it.

Its fast and nice to have two screens but the battery drains if you dont power it off durnign sleep. There isnt a screen lock for when you're in laptop mode for when you want to change the screen position its going to automatically go into tablet mode. Hard to open with one hand. Keyboard is slippery.

Heavy, can be optimized on weight. Fits the price for the features. Felt like touchscreen is an unnecessary feature on the latest models. This has a capabaility to be used as an office laptop.
