    Not worth it. Year after use and it won’t connect to the WiFi properly making it hard for school uses. Trade-in value is significantly less than what I bought it for. Such a waste of money

    I recently purchased the HP laptop and, unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. It seems that my unit may be defective, as it frequently takes 5-7 minutes to wake up from sleep mode. This delay can be quite frustrating, especially when I’m in a hurry. Additionally, the speakers are disappointingly weak, making it impossible to use for Zoom meetings without relying on external speakers. Overall, I expected better performance from HP, and this model has not lived up to my expectations. I hope to either resolve these issues or find a more reliable alternative.
