    I purchase this laptop at 749$ ,however it cost me expensive because now i see the price is down to 699$ .Please check carefully for the price before making any purchase .I had buy Membership to cover the price match,but they dinied price match bay saying its valid for only 60days.I feel i shouldn't have purchased this best buy Membership it worths nothing to me .Please make policies at least taking care of your members.

    My college student's laptop died a few weeks into this fall's classes. We rushed to Best Buy (not Dell, Amazon or other retailer - we chose Best Buy!) The price just dropped by $400 and they will not give me the price adjustment only 2 business days past their measly 15 day price adjustment/return window. Bad customer service. I will be buying elsewhere next time.

    Great specs... lovely keyboard... screen is terrible. The screen is not crisp at all. Text is always a bit blurry and blacks are not dark. Washed out.
