    My new hp 14 inch laptop is user friendly, has adequate USB ports for my older printer and usb-c for other devices. Not being IT inclined, I needed something easy to use.

    Honestly, I can't give a real review because I gave the computer to my daughter for Christmas and the next day her new cat, that we rescued at a softball tournament, ran across her desk and knocked over her plant and spilled water all over the keyboard ruining the computer. SOOOOO....needless to say, computer is not waterproof. But up til then, it was great!

    So far so good. Laptop is fast, has great hardware, and looks good. Only complaint is that it is so sleek it is kind of hard to open, there is nothing to grab hold.
