    Don't buy it, honestly this laptop is completely beautiful but it comes with factory defects, its fan is completely damaged, when I bought it the first day I used it I could detect the fault in the fan, the sound was horrible for no reason at all, the next day I asked for it to be replaced, now the replacement shortly after completing 4 months with it starts with the same failure again in the fan. It's a nightmare, bestbuy only offers a 14 day warranty so they can't replace it immediately and having the warranty that HP offers for a certain year, this offer is to repair it, and it takes nothing more and nothing less than 2 weeks. Please avoid this frustration, I am a student and I don't know how I will do these weeks without a laptop, I don't trust that they will fix it, because what guarantees that it will not be damaged again, I just want my money back

    Nice laptop so far, my only complaint is the keyboard. The keys are thick and a bit clunky compared to other laptops. That’s being nitpicky though. I do wish the screen got a little brighter. All in all a solid laptop for the price.

    My lighted keyboard does not stay lit all the time, i sure wish it did when the computer is on. I miss my right side number keys a lot of the time, using the numbers at the top is a pain. it sometimes skips around to a different page when I'm using it, don't know if that is a mechanical issue.

    Overall it’s a decent laptop. I’m not thrilled that the speaker volume max is not loud enough & the battery does not last as long as I had hoped. In the scheme of things not much of a complaint.
