    Do not purchase. Had this computer for 6 weeks and then would not turn on. HP customer support was unhelpful and sent box to send computer in for repair... which will take two weeks. HP wouldn't overnight the box either which will add an additional 3 days. I found this is a chronic problem for this HP computer and very disappointed Best Buy does not inform customers.

    Hi Guys , I placed an order for this laptop , which is an Open BOX - Excellent item . The item was delivered next day however there was a missing charger for the Laptop purchased. The Best buy store and the customer service department says for an Excellent item there can be missed parts for which they are not responsible and are not ready to help any means and are not ready to take compliant for Open Box purchases. BE CAREFUL while buying items from BEST BUY . Fraudsters.

    Someone stole my identity and bought this at my local Best B using a fake ID. Then they returned it for Apple products in North Carolina. I can't believe they were able to get away with this.

    I`m disappointed because it was offered me to arrive on Wednesday due to i was flying outside of USA on Thursday but it dint arrived in that day, and I have to return it Bestbuy.

    Overheats very easily, sometimes it overheats without any tabs open. The wifi disconnects randomly and will say it has full bars. Bluetooth sometimes doesn’t work while saying it’s connected to a device when it isn’t.
