    Will no longer power on. Took it on my for my work trip and dead! Taking it back to store - luckily its been just a week into purchase and can be returrned. Very frsutrating considering how long it takes to set up and dead with 3 days.

    Wish I could -5 for this laptop. Purchased just 2 months back and it failed within a month. No boot device recognized. Sent it to HP. After it came back within 2 days the same problem. The main problem is the laptop is being used by my daughter and I have to drive 300 miles to have bestbuy send this to HP for repairs. If I had know HP laptop are so bad I would not have purchased this laptop model. SSD's are are more reliable than the regular HDD's. But I am not sure what junk SSD's are installed on these laptops
