    I purchased this laptop so that I could start recording music, but it went out. The people at the Mesquite Best Buy were the best making sure I was taken care of after HP said they couldn't fix it. 10/10 will be back!

    Overall, I like the HP-Envy 2 in 1 Touchscreen laptop. A few things that I dislike: the ports to charge the laptop are on the left side, rather than the right. Battery life is shorter than I expected. Sound quality is low unless I use my headphones.

    My husband has been looking for a replacement laptop for a while now. He finally settled on the HP - Envy 2-in-1 14" wide ultra XGA Touch Screen Laptop with Intel Core Ultra 7 - 16 GB Memory - 1 TB SSD. He seems very happy with his choice. The HP was an open box item, so the price was reduce.

    The processor of the laptop is very efficient for school and work. I got this laptop when it was on sale, and the price was really good for the storage and memory capacity. It is also convenient that the laptop is 2in1 because it easy to take notes on documents.
