The low amount of RAM it is not a good choice for gaming or any heavy multitasking applications. The ram is not upgradable since it is Saturday on the board.

The GeekSquad has been helpful but I have had to go in 3 times purchased a new Quicken program and now it says that my Quicken has expired. Very frustrating,

The sound is muffled and even when you put it to 100% it's not loud. So disappointed.
