Upon startup the fan was very loud but after that first time the laptop is not too loud. As the model is older, the laptop is on the heavy side and the battery is quite large. It requires 2 hands to open the laptop. The processing speed is pretty fast. I also like the keyboard and the placement of the audio jack.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Just the right size for what my needs are and have been very pleased with my HP Envy. It was recommended to me by a person who owns several and uses them for their business.

This touchscreen laptop has met every need that I was looking for. The navigation of it is very easy to use and understand. The setup was quick. Reccomend this for all your needs.

We were looking for a laptop with as little AI as possible, and this one seemed to fit the bill. The boot time is pretty good, and there seems to be adequate resources to accomplish our relatively non-demanding usage. This is our first touch-screen laptop, though we have a tablet and smart phones, and there are times this feature is really welcome. The price and credit care incentive made for an affordable purchase. We're hopeful we'll have this laptop for a long, long time. It's predecessor, a November 2011 HP purchase, is still functioning!!

Been using HP Envy 2-in1 Laptop for almost a year now. So far I don’t have any issues with its software and hardware. Haven’t had any issues lagging and or malfunctions compared to other laptops of the same specs. Highly recommend and would get the same brand (HP) when I’m due for an upgrade.

Easy setup and nice clean looks. Back lit keyboard a plus. Overall works well, although the fingerprint reader doesn't work well.

Love this laptop. I really have no complaints. I actually previously bought this laptop over 1 year ago and just bought one for my sister because I love it.

I needed a smaller, lighter weight laptop. As I age my sight is getting more challenging and the ability to adjust size and boldness is more important than ever. This computer addresses each of those problems perfectly.
