    Puracged this laptop because of its battery life specs (up to 12.5 hrs) but really disappointed as its not lasting even for 3 hours when fully charged.

    My old HP laptop was very slow, so I purchased the new one to replace it. I particularly like the solid state hard drive. I had some concerns about Windows 11, but have found it works fine.
