Unfortunately this laptop didn’t meet my expectations, which weren’t high. It’s my first ever laptop so I wasn’t looking for ANYTHING but a workable laptop. Unfortunately a month an a half in and my home Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. It’s so frustrating to have to continuously re connect and re enter the password for the Wifi. Mind you this just doesn’t happen once a day, it’s an average of every 30 mins sometimes less. I know, I know, some of you may wonder.. well how far are you from your router? Surprise, I’m right next to it..literally. And like someone else mentioned, with my phones hot spot it does perfectly fine. I use this laptop mainly for nursing school and the battery life is non existent even with the battery saver mode. Save yourself the headache and look for a different laptop because this one is definitely not it.

Useful for college students. It has convenient features.

Solid laptop for basic functions of college needs.

Good laptop. Very comfortable keyboard. But have only had it for a few weeks and the screen has been randomly turning black for a second and freezing. It is possible that it is a unique case. Otherwise a good computer.

I bought this for my In-laws and to be honest I would recommend this laptop but it does die pretty fast other than that its not bad but for the price you can definitely get a better brand

Wouldn’t connect to my home WiFi. Brought it back to the store for them to help me troubleshoot and was basically told to figure it out or pay 100 + dollars for their tech team to help me. No. Returned it.

I bought this to replace a very old Yoga. The price was right and it had the features I wanted. It's a bit heavy and klunky but it works well. It's quick and responsive.

Laptop is made of plastic, battery life is about 8 hours of YouTube viewing at 50% brightness (battery saver on), and screen brightness is just OK. Definitely not worth the price when you can get much better laptops as open-box purchases

After 3 years the cover detached. Will need an entirely new cover assembly. Poorly designed and fragile cover assembly

Great for basic work things. Within the few months it started to lag and disconnects from my Internet at random times which can be very inconvenient when I'm trying to get stuff done. Great for college students for Excel programs but nothing else. Don't download too many apps.

After the purchase I have not yet used the laptop. I find it to be rather confusing. To much advertising included with the laptop.

I like the laptop; however, the battery runs down super quick than the 12 hours that was advertised.

Its heavier than its predecessor and regarding performance it manages day to day tasks quite good and the battery drain is the major issue in it.

It nice but shut down cannot open for 2 months. I dont know how to fix

Her first HP and isn't that happy. Touch pad bothers her and mouse does not stay on line while typing.

Nice laptop, but the Wi-Fi goes in and out. I thought for the price and 6E Wi-Fi feature this would not be an issue.
