its an okay item. Didn't really work because the mousepad or touch screen didn't work. But it is okay. It was pretty though

Working good but sometimes it freezes itself when you open 3 program together

Not even 24 hours with this laptop, it glitches. It’s a little slow and it’s glitchy.

I've had this laptop for a few weeks and I've given it many chances and tried many updates/troubleshooting but it has blue screened for me multiple times sometimes back to back in the same hour. It has many issues staying connected to Wi-Fi unless you're right next to the router. My older laptop performs the same functions without issue and only slightly slower. Looking online it seems the HP Envy series sufferes those issues throughout it's lineup. Maybe I got unlucky with one of those.

I am really disappointed in the quality of the display on this computer. The screen is equivalent to a standard tv screen vs a HD screen. The 250 nits brightness is definitely a no go. I'm returning it tomorrow.

Please dont buy the 8gb model, more than 88% of memory is always being utilized by the background applications that means you won't be able to do multitasking easily

Pretty decent laptop for the price, battery does die very quickly.

While the computer is fast with a nice keyboard, even on battery saver, I'm fortunate to get three hours use on the laptop. This is far short of the 7-9 hours that had been communicated. When speaking with HP about this issue, they told me that three hours is all I should anticipate. Very disappointing!

This review is not regarding the product it’s regarding Best Buy, I was there at Best Buy Signal Hill, I asked for this laptop and the associate told he didn’t had any of the stock left. I could clearly see that there were 10 of them in stock. Then I left from there and I found a manager I told him about my situation he gave me another associate and he has helped me with the purchase. While this was happening the first guy was assisting other customer in a pleasant manner. He seemed to be a racist, he didn’t even bother to greet me. This whole process took 4hrs of my time. I am immigrant and I am proud of it, because I pay taxes. Please treat everyone the same.

The laptop is not fine.the battery is discharging very fast. The display is not good as expected and the 2-in 1 feature sucks. Touch doesnt work sometimes.sound is not loud as expected.overall performance is not good as expected.

It is an okay laptop. It has a nice look and is not heavy except that the battery died really quick- within 2 hours. I had to return it because of the battery life.

I must have bad luck and purchased defective unit. Brand new out the box the screen flickered nonstop even after doing the suggested system updates. I read a few rewiews and noticed ppl having the same issue. I’m glad I was able to experience this fresh out the box so I was about to return with no issues.

More than half the time it runs slow and as I’m on the internet it will pop up and say you are offline and I’m am not. I have to run a diagnostic test then reboot it and it will work okay for 30 mins or so.
