    The screen on my HP blacks out when I am idle like every minute. It is annoying. I have contacted HP and there is nothing they can do although the rep did try to troubleshoot with me. Nothing he tried worked. I will return this device. It’s unfortunate because I love the 2-in-1 of this device.

    I'm not a fan of this product, the laptop/tablet feels incredibly cheap for being almost $1000. The speakers are abysmal when having it in tablet mode. For the price, I wouldn't recommend buying this product.

    This laptop SUCKS! The graphics were very pixelated, and the sizing of the fonts and icons were extremely inconsistent. I returned it within the week.

    The HP Envy is a cool looking laptop but wifi connectivity is a problem. It kept dropping the wifi signal just 2 rooms from the router. My old laptop and a kindle had no wifi issues in the same place 20 ft from the router so I returned the HP and got a Zenbook that is not having any wifi issues.

    I bought this in July of 2023, as of Wednesday I ordered another AC adapter thinking it needed that to power on. However it didn’t resolve the issue. I have only used this a handful of times. It was mostly to check my emails. So needless to say I am not satisfied this laptop; it had no longevity.

    Worked fine the first coulpe of days. 1 month later, it wont even connect to my home wifi. It connects to every thing else like my personal cell hotspot but for the life of me, it wont connect to my home wifi.. and best buy wont exchange it because its been more then 15 days. Smh

    Meh, I’m not really happy with it. It comes preloaded with soooo much stuff I don’t want. Spent most of the first day just getting rid of programs. I would love it if it could download apps!

    The Geek squad loaded the software that was requested but even with web root i just now got a pop up from HP indicating I need to renew the warranty on my HP that expired 1/20/2023...How is a pop up referencing my older computer showing up on this new one now? Something is not correct...

    I got it as a gift for my niece who is going to college. Laptop doesn’t start after 30 days and we are out of return window. Best Buy charges you to take a look at what’s wrong with it! This is the worst experience I ever had with any laptop purchase.

    I was sent an "Open Box" Item, essentially a used item rather than the new laptop i ordered. Best Buy will not send a replacement for an item you have received, in most situations you would be sent a new item with a requirement to return the original within a certain time period. It is now my responsibility to find a store with the exact same product.

    This does not hold a charge at all. It was advertised as lasting up to 9 hours. I am only getting about one hour with it and that's with only one thing open at a time! My tablet had a better battery life. I don't know if this was just defective, but I am extremely disappointed in this laptop.

    This particular laptop seemed to overheat or have some type of malfunction, so I had to return it. The team at my closest location was so gracious and assisted in ensuring my experience remained positive, leading to the purchase of a better system.

    It is missing the Jan connection. Hard to use the function keys. Really don’t like it but it works

    Not too happy with this laptop. It has frozen on me several times! Return period is only 2 weeks. For someone as old as me it takes that long just to turn it on (just kidding). Maybe next time I buy from Amazon (not kidding).
