Problem with battery life

I was hesitant to buy another HP but decided to give it a try. This laptop worked flawlessly for 20 minutes, then it froze. Despite restarting it a couple of times, it still exhibited the same issues, so I returned it.

Called customer service and visited the local store, only managed to get a used charger.

Battery dies so fast

I returned it, got my refund back and wanted to order the same one but now the price went up. Why do you not honor the price I originally paid for? not happy at all
