Defective Cursor/Touch Pad

To fix it they will have to take my computer a part and install a new one. I love this computer, but it is not worth the cursor issues.

Bad bios files.

Both units had bios errors/issues that caused the pc to shut down randomly, thus losing my work. The return process was fine and quick. I now own a nice Dell instead.

Ship back to HP, Do Not Buy
