I bought this laptop in December, started having issue with powering on the computer in February. A repair was conducted with completion. I was told to pick up up the laptop in which the tech could not get it to power on. Issue was not fixed so a new repair ticket was initiated. It has been almost another month without my laptop.

touch screen does not always work and that makes me reboot a few times every time I use it... Customer service didn't help at all. Very frustrated with both HP and Geek squad.
