I always had good experiences with HP products, this one is no exception. I like the features, especially the backlit keys. It has performed flawlessly. I got a good deal on it, but would have purchased it even if not on sale.

An overall good laptop would recommend the HP ENVY line up for someone that wants a laptop that is affordable but also does not want something so cheap you have to replace it in a year or so. this laptop is running smoothly as butter. Wish the display was just a bit brighter.

Awesome. The exception why not 5 star? Needing to make appointments. Done none local , I guess international. Was terrible experience. Got hung up on accidentally, called me back to send to someone else and got hung up on. Never called back. When it confirms my appointment I get notifications cancelled and I never cancelled.

I was very well pleased with my product. This was a long awaited purchase. I must say the representative was so patient with walking me through the many selections for the best available options needed.

Was looking for a laptop to replace the one i had in college. Upgrading from a regular hp to a hp envy was a no brainer with all these features while spending under $800. And it has a backlight keyboard.

I love my new HP Envy! It does everything I need it to do, plus a whole lot more. I'm still learning all the things it can do! The only small drawback is the flat black color, but other than that it femits my needs perfectly!

The laptop looks sleek and cool. But that's honestly where the positives stop for me. Maybe it's just not the laptop for me but I ended up returning it because it just wasn't what I was looking for.
